Ive been working on a new portable, thought id post my progress so far...

Specs:

Case Dims are close to the same as the GBA carrying case: 220mm x 123mm x 46mm.

Fits on my 220x220mm print bed.

Motherboard: NUS-CPU-04

Screen: 3.5 cheap $20 ebay composite

Batteries: 3x 18650s

PSU: n64pms

Charger: n64pms

Audio AMP: U-AMP

Speakers: 1w8ohm Round Speaker

Controller: Arduino Nano (Atmega 328P) as CNT-NUS replacement

Buttons: 3D printed A+B+C buttons, d-pad from a broken madcatz xbox controller,
Nintendo encoder joystick, L+R buttons from a bluetooth steering wheel (never worked, out of the box),
and Ill 3D print the Z button.

Rumble motor: i have like 20 broken xbox controllers, so i just took one of the lighter weighted motors from one of those

I still need a 3s lipo charger, speakers, and an audio amp. I'd really like to use a U-Amp, but well see.
After those 3 things are added to the case model, I can try some 3D prints :)

Edit:
I will most likely incorporate a fan as well.

I made more progress on the case, its pretty much ready to print.
Ill get some new pics posted sometime. However, the bitbuilt.com store closed so i cant just buy a u-amp or a 64pms, Ill have to figure that out before i can continue.
